2024 EVENT DATES ARE ANNOUNCED - SAVE THE DATES!
We are very excited to announce 2024 dates for ALL of our traditional MS Fundraisers. 2024 is going to be an amazing year which will be highlighted by a very special 20th Anniversary MS Poker Tournament! And we have plans to have an additional 2 major events in 2024 (MS Bingo - Rockville - May16th and MS Comedy Night at Give A Hoot Comedy Club - Dec 20 and 21) to help push our Washington DC MS Walk team up to the TOP SPOT. (Oh and Mark your calendars for first Restaurant fundraiser of the year: Chipotle (Wintergreen Plaza, Rockville Pike): June 12th, 4-8pm. This is a great year to not only join us at one of our events, but also to join our winning, and soon to be first place fundraising team. With that, we hope you will consider becoming a team member for our DC MS Walk Team. Walk with US - and help us fundraise this year more than ever! So much great research is being done in attempts to find ways to reverse the effects of MS - and we need everyone to help us be a part of history as we move to #CUREMS.
MS TOTEBOARD
Our goal is to donate $10,000 or more every year to support the research and help find a cure for MS. Our team has been actively fundraising for the National MS Society since 2002.
Thank you to everyone who supported us in 2023 and helped us stay in the TOP 3 fundraising teams at our new and bigger MS Walk site, MS Walk DC. With your help, we were able to meet our goal of raising OVER $10,000 for the National MS Society last year. Since 2002, we have now donated over $145,000 to the National MS Society. How will we celebrate? Maybe we can raise $15,000 this year!

MS BEER MILE

MS Beer Mile "Great 8". Bring and create your own GR8NESS this year. The Beer Mile is all about facing a personal challenge and pushing through it - just like everyone I know that faces the challenge of MS everyday - and pushes through their own discomfort. Beer, Food, Fun, and Prizes for all as we come together to raise $ for a cure. It's not too L8 - registration is open now. Join everyone who has already experienced the thrill of finishing the MS Beer Mile!
MS POKER TOURNAMENT

Our inaugural MS Poker Tournament was held in 2004 in Germantown, MD. This year - we go big and we will be hosting our 20th Anniversary event at.... are you ready? --- The HORSESHOE CASINO Poker Room in Baltimore!! Yeah - that's right, we're going big and we need you there and need you to help us fill that room! Make your travel plans now - clear your calendar - and bring your best poker face! Who will take home the trophy and first place prize at the BIGGEST MS Poker Tournament yet!
MS ICE-CREAM-A-THON

End the summer the best way possible, by joining us for the 12th Annual MS Ice-Cream-A-Thon. This one is for the kids - have them raise money from neighbors, grand-parents, etc. and they get rewarded with a chance to see if they can complete the Ice-Cream-A-Thon! Eating a ton of ice cream eases the pain of going back to school - so don't forget to mark your calendars and plan early to attend.

We need your help! Medical advances are occurring faster and faster. The only thing holding us back is funding for more research. Sadly, MS impacts so many people in this country (1Â Million people), and we all seem to know someone suffering from this debilitating and hard to comprehend disease. Having lived with MS for over 20 years, we are here to educate people about the disease and provide support to newly diagnosed friends.

The NMSS is the largest worldwide supporter of research aimed at eradicating Multiple Sclerosis. Our goal is to donate more than $10,000 a year to help in the efforts to find a cure for this horrible disease.
